I will be taking portraits of student around campus and my partner Ricardo Lopez http://lopezricardo.weebly.com specifically with a plain background. I will be doing this by the ASB room and by the bottom of the stairs in order to capture a darker background and have the person be the main focus. This process will take around 30 minutes.
For the depth of field project, I was able to capture this image using a Cannon T3 Rebel with an 18 to 55 mm lens. The image main focus is in the middle of the chain as for the surroundings is blurred out. My main goal with this image is to have the views eye on the main focus being the center if the chain. /about-me.html I will be taking depth of field images around school campus, down by the band room and maybe a little bit inside the gym. This will take about 30 minutes total.
Reflection: Based on the images I took last week, I realized that the angle and proportion in which a picture is taken has a lot to do with how the image comes out. With my silhouette project I learned how to better capture the background of an image and make it work with the subject. Through this picture the element of organic shape is present in the free form of the trees. Another element shown in the imagine is color. The background in the image shows a cool color. |
